You’ll be responsible for the induction and training of new content writers.
You’ll take charge of planning and scheduling workflow for the team, ensuring that KPIs are met and exceeded on a daily basis.
You’ll set the highest writing standards for your content writers, giving them access to the tools they need to deliver excellence.
You’ll educate your team on new brands and trends.

You have a thorough knowledge of systems, processes and procedures and always look for ways to improve and streamline workflows within the Content team.
You’re a strong and capable troubleshooter who can make quick-fire decisions and offer solutions in times of resistance.
You’re calm under pressure.
You have excellent organisational and communication skills.
You have an excellent understanding of the Production workflow and can ensure that the Content workflow is always aligned to it.
