You’ll drive sales and margin planning for the category, including forecasting, monitoring and reporting.
You’ll develop high-level stock plan and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure sufficient stock is available for E-commerce.
You’ll benchmark the product range (width and depth) against competitors, identify range gaps, and provide actionable insights on improving the product range.
You’ll identify opportunities to promote cross-selling on the platform and drive its implementation.
You’ll plan for E-Commerce promotions, such as the range, offer, etc., based on past performance, consumer insights and current trends and analyze its effectiveness in achieving the targeted levels of sales and margins.
You’ll monitor customer issues, including order fulfillment and platform experience, and drive speedy resolution.

You have 4+ years of relevant experience in the retail & fashion industry and have managed categories including fashion (men/women/kids), home and beauty.
You have excellent communication skills in Arabic and well as in English.
You have proven experience in maximizing sales and profitability of online retail and fashion brands.
You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach that will help you create regular progress reports.
You’re highly organized, proactive and self-motivated.
You’ve mastered best practices in category management and have a clear understanding of the E-Commerce market in the GCC.
