Lead Stylist

The Role

  • You’ll oversee all studio shoots from a styling perspective.
  • You’ll create full and detailed styling guidelines across all brands and update them whenever changes are made.
  • You’ll develop and execute seasonal or trend-led styling for our brand product pages, using mood boards and visual references to inspire and excite your team.
  • You’ll collaborate with our brands to understand their audiences, target markets and aspirations.
  • You’ll manage and guide stylists and Studio Assistants, working alongside them to produce high-quality styling for images or video. You’ll ensure that guidelines are always implemented.
  • You’ll take charge of the styling wardrobe and monitor the constant replenishment of key pieces for each season.
  • You’ll be responsible for casting models at the most competitive rates.
  • You’re familiar with the production workflow and can ensure that productivity levels and KPIs are met, without compromising on image quality or team morale.

  • You have over 5 years of experience in styling, including in a senior styling role for E-commerce.
  • You’re fashion forward and proactive, with the drive to take Landmark brands to the next level in aesthetics.
  • You’re constantly working to improve and incorporate new trends in styling.
  • You’re a true fashion insider with an in-depth knowledge of fashion brands and competitors.
  • You have strong, proven managerial skills, having managed people directly.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and are highly organized, proactive and self-motivated. You ensure that preparation, outfitting, reviewing of rack ups and so on are carried out thoroughly before each shoot.
  • You’re a born troubleshooter and decision-maker. You thoroughly understand priorities, and work well in a busy and pressured studio environment with a calm, can-do attitude.
