Product Manager - Single View of a Customer (SVC)

As we grow to achieve that mission, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead and drive our Single View of a Customer initiative and instill change management across key functions within the Landmark Group. Our progression from channel and functional driven silos to a 360° view of the customer will help transform the Landmark Group into the world’s greatest Omni-Channel organization.

The Role

  • You’ll successfully inspire and be the driver of change management for the Landmark Group’s Single Customer View.
  • You must be a data architect par excellence with proven expertise in data governance, compliance and data quality.
  • You’ll drive the use of big data within the company, drawing on your previous experience of implementing structured data across multiple systems.
  • You’ll engage with senior stakeholders to define and implement single customer view.
  • You must be a passionate evangelist for the benefits of single customer view, motivating our stakeholders to engage with the newly-built platform and reap the rewards of good data management.
  • You’ll constantly review product initiatives, focusing on continuously improving results.
  • You’ll provide thought leadership for developing single customer view by fully utilising your expertise in infrastructure architecture.

This is You!

  • You have at least 5 to 6 years of Programme and Project Management experience from an industry-leading digital, retail or E-commerce business.
  • You’ve successfully implemented single view of customer programmes in your previous roles.
  • You have strong leadership skills and can supervise multiple programmes and projects simultaneously.
  • You’re an excellent communicator across all levels in an organisation with the ability to bring external and internal stakeholders together.
  • You have a burning desire to learn more about different market dynamics, cultures and business practices.
  • You have a track record of achieving programme and project goals on-time and on-cost.
  • You’re skilled at using BI tools and have an understanding of relational data structures and systems.
  • You diligently and efficiently monitor the progress, challenges and projections of your programmes and projects at healthy intervals.
  • You’re always in problem-solving mode, figuring out multiple ways to overcome hurdles and challenges.
  • You’re a pro at vendor management, right from the initial agreement process to the final sign-off.
  • You’ve set up and run war rooms to ensure quick resolutions in critical situations.
  • You’ve issued and managed tender processes working alongside procurement teams.
