Associate Business Analyst (April'18)

This is you

  • You are an Excel and data systems wizard and can learn new systems very quickly 
  • Have experience in using and familiar with various BI tools including data visualization 
  • Can understand the big picture data requirements and the details for the business and can develop effective scalable methods to deliver them 
  • Great communicator and loves to share your knowledge and teach others 
  • Pull data from multiple sources and consolidate the information in a user-friendly manner that presents the data to enable the desired analysis 
  • Working with data and discovering new ways to present it to get the most actionable information 
  • Always looking for ways to improve the status quo and strive to exceed expectations when developing ways to capture and report information 
  • You love to find the gems of useful information within the data to present your conclusions and recommended actions 
  • Have the knack to look at the data within a report and do a "sense check" to ensure that it is accurate 
  • Skills to work closely with other teams such as the IT Team, Marketing Team, LMS Merchandising Team and Concept Merchandising Team ensure all requirements are met 
  • Keep up to date with the latest tools and technology for data management 
  • You have a love of retail and have worked in some capacity in an online or offline retail company.
  • From an education and relevant background standpoint, you have
    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant reporting experience in any retail industry.
  • On a day today basis, your operating style is
    • Daily publishing of various DSR required to know the business health.
    • Monitoring the SOH report for the inventory lying in various locations.
    • Daily reconciliation of sales with the order wise sales report.
    • Agile to business requirement for new reporting needs.
    • Prior experience working on BI tool would be preferred.
    • Maintain tracker of various scheduled reports and adhere to timelines for reports publication.
